RemoteDataBook	The RemoteDataBook is a storage independent table, and handles all operations based on the the MemDatabook base class.
RemoteDataPage	A RemoteDataPage extends the MemDataPage with storage operations.
RemoteDataSource	The RemoteDataSource is a remote DataSource for all RemoteDataBook's, which uses a connection to the server to forward the storage operation to server objects.
